West Side Chapter |

Westside AzTEA is a regional
chapter of The Arizona Technology in Education Alliance, a professional
organization devoted to technology in education and the learning/teaching
process. Our mission is to empower the educational community in
Arizona by providing leadership, promoting educational reform and
supporting technology-based innovation through our services, activities,
programs, and advocacy.
Goals 2007-08
Goal 1 -Host
events and use the wikispaces and website to share, showcase and
explore the integration of technology, curriculum and innovative
instructional strategies.
Goal 2-Improve
communication with membership and stakeholders using current technology
tools.

Leadership Team
October 1, 2007. The meeting will be held from 12:30-2:00, Pendergast
Learning Center, located at 3841 N. 91st Ave., just south of Indian
School Rd. on 91st Ave
AzTEA
Wikispace
A Wikispace has been put together for AzTEA members to collaborate
on uses of Technology in Education, Integration, Helpful Hints,
Teaching Methods etc… Basically it is a place for us to share
information.
Each AzTEA Chapter has a Wiki space in this space; you may locate
the link to the Westside Chapter on the left side of the screen
as well as other helpful information.

If you attended the
WOW conference, we invite you to participate in the WOW 2007 –
What I learned Discussions pages. You can locate these discussions
from the Westside Chapter Wiki page.
As a member of this Wiki space, you are welcome and encouraged to
add your comments to the discussion pages. If Wiki’s are new
to you and you would like a little HELP, you will find a link to
Wiki Help for K-12 Teachers on the left side of the screen.
