Bylaws revision (Chris)
The Steering recommends that we modify or Bylaws concerning the creation of Special Interest Groups and the Bylaws in general. We have received requests to form new Special Interests Groups but our Bylaws currently do not allow us to add new SIGs. Also, due to restructuring done under the leadership of Coy Ison, we need to revise our Bylaws to bring them in line with our current reality.
The Steering committee would like the Board's permission to begin the following modifications of the bylaws.
Create a mechanism for creating new Special Interest Groups. This would include a requirement that SIG members also be members of AzTEA.
Revise the Committee Structure section of the Bylaws to more accurately reflect our current operations.
Include the newly implemented Retention and Whistleblower policies for compliance with IRS statutes.
Membership offer to CTOs group
1 Year or 1/2 year
